These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Phase Rentals website and your request for our appliance rental service. By using this website or submitting a rental request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
About Phase Rentals
Phase Rentals, LLC ("Phase Rentals," "we," "us," or "our") rents washers, dryers, and related appliances to residents in Central Florida. This website lets you learn about our service, check our service area, and submit a rental request.
Your Rental Agreement Governs the Rental
These Terms cover your use of the website. The specific terms of any appliance rental, including rental term length, monthly rate, billing, renewal, maintenance, and return, are set out in the separate Appliance Rental Agreement you sign before delivery. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed rental agreement, the signed rental agreement controls for that rental.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to request or hold a rental with Phase Rentals.
Rental Requests
Submitting a request through this website is not a binding rental and does not guarantee availability. A rental begins only when you sign an Appliance Rental Agreement and we deliver and install the appliances. We may decline or cancel a request at our discretion, for example if a home does not have the required hookups or is outside our service area.
Payments and Billing
Phase Rentals uses Stripe as our third-party payment processor for initial rental payments, recurring monthly rental payments, and account billing. By starting a rental, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file according to your rental agreement. Late or failed payments are handled as described in your rental agreement.
Text Messages and Communications
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you account and service texts related to your rental, such as renewal reminders, billing and payment notices, and appliance pickup scheduling and confirmations. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.
Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access to our systems, misuse our forms, or use the website in any way that could harm Phase Rentals or other users.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Phase Rentals name, is owned by Phase Rentals or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission, except as needed to use the website normally.
